I don't understand this minimum numbers thing. If you keep cancelling events because there are not enough attendees, why would I bother putting my name down, it's going to get cancelled anyway.

When we started the Suzuki Club, the event happened even if there was only 2 of us that responded. Meets never get cancelled, and are now usually over subscribed.

Manny your confusion i do understand, seeing as you merely browse the threads looking for possible ways to correct people, the "group" i am referring to is the actual group going to the event relating to the chat i posted it on, i hope this clarifies this for you...
