Those soft shackles, how are they on sharp corners?

I think that they will have a lifespan much like a snatch strap where you toss them after a few uses.

I got it as a birthday present and have yet to use them. Hopefully someone on the Forum has some experience or knowledge that they could share

They work very well, but sharp corners are not their friend, same as on any other recovery equipment. But there is less of a missile risk if you use these.

Just remember that this is MBS not WLL, so take this into account.

A 3 1/4 ton shackle will have MBS of around 13 tons.

100%.

I’d also trust a conventional shackle more.
