Do you use engine flush when changing the oil
My other question is did you change the make and/ or oil type i.e. Caltex to Dello or Mineral to Synthetic.
The reason I am asking is I have heard that Mineral to Synthetic can be an issue

No, het nooit geflush.
Delo is caltex
Maar ja, oor 15 jaar n paar keer olie make verander, maar nooit sinteties.
Die gung is as gevolg van blow by agv glazed bores.
Het parte se pryse gekry vir 100% rebuild. R4000

Nou dat ek die ding begin oorbou het, besef ek dit is maar net n ou 1979’s 6 silinder cruiser engine, waarvan daar 2 silinders afgesny is.
Mens kry bv nie big ends en mains vir hom spesifiek nie, maar die stel van cruiser met 6 van elk, en gebruik net 4.
