for 50l alpicool F/F on a top of drawer.
i still have to make/cut/install slide limit and tilt stop.

if i had a little bit more time....eh

so far this is where i am

lock block, made out of polypropylene , to prevent any movement while driving.
speargun rubber(until i get struts)to limit a tilt and absorb shock while slide is opening.

I had a set of heavy-duty sliders somewhere. Usually used in computer racks, load bearing is around 80kgs. If you want them, I can search in the store?

They are known as tension or traction struts. Got mine from Struts Africa but the last time I spoke to them they said they don't stock them anymore.
They are available for Easy downs for bakkie tailgates but are quite expensive
