different views of mounted plates.
1 and 2 front view
3 -driver side view, where plate are joined at cross member
4 -only exposed parts are transfer case brackets or shall i call them hooking points( i can see cover plate inside my head.just need to put it on paper)
also on this photo, aluminum spacer, can be seen(on the left of transfer case) where plate is bolted on square tube next to torsion bar adjustment bolt.
new updated drawing that i mentioned in earlier post will not need it.
5- exhaust flange removed.this was the worst hooking point of all.
6-marked with green.small bracket that holds brake line on driver side.why have they weld it there and not few millimeters higher as on passenger side.
any way,it missing one corner now thanks to angle grinder.
that small corner is only part that catches 235/85/16 :) when on full, steering right, lock and suspension is compressed all the way on front.
no need for spacers or suspension upgrade, one cut fix it all.

i must say that camil shocks do make unbelievable difference in on road handling.
235/85/16 are fitted on standard issue mahindra mags(silver)
i can not comment on aftermarket/karoo/A line mags as they have different offsets.

last photo shoving where second plate ends, under prop carrier bearing round tube bracket.80mm diameter.
this above sounds stupid but one will understand if crawls under it.
u bolts are just a bit too long but they nor represent hooking point as they are at 330mm above ground and higher than transfer case ...etc

fire extinguisher bracket, bolted together with a seat.
mounting:
2 L-brackets made of 80x80x3 angle iron and 1 of 25x3 flat bar.
original bottle bracket is bolted to flat bar and bottle is extra secured
with 3mm o-ring(black over red on photo).
bottle can not be pulled out,it must be ripped out with force and
does not come loose while driving over rough terrain and corrugations.tested.
i can recommend attaching rope around bottle neck to help children and females to remove it in emergency.

forgive me for not been painted yet.

now more important part

if compared with post 18 photo 3 from the top one can see difference.
bend on a plate might touch front prop if one have broken mounting bolt on the trail .
this cut out will prevent that.better safe than sorry.

cuts are made 20 and 95 mm from edge and to depth of 15 mm above slots,as on photo.
cut out is turned around and welded again.

Great! Love it when someone truly wants to help others help themselves!

The guards look great. Just check your aircon pipe, had a self built plate where the aircon constantly dripped on and rusted badly, had to do touchups the whole time. Also make sure your front diff cover allows for enough ventilation to pass, cooling your diff as needed, have seen them head up quite badly and burn oil in the long run.

Maybe if you add a link to a shared drive will all your *.step *.igs *.sldprt etc. files in categories it can be downloaded easily for others that need it?

10/10, thanks for all your effort. Think many people will benefit and learn from this!
