I can assure you, that is really only a part of everything we do.

German, American, New Zealand, Swiss, (and more) is what the business is made up.

But I do understand why you only see the Chinese part, because we are competing on a range of yours.

But then again. We should all remember where most bits in all our machines (yours included) comes from... :lol:

I think when rebuilding a modern engine, most of your skill goes towards plugging all the kak back in properly.

To be honest, building a V, I learned a trick a long time ago.

Put a length of silicone tube (30cm) into the thread of the bigend, make sure to always put it into the holes that will end up in the center of the block. Then you thread your tube through first, pulling it to the other side of the block, over the crank. That way your bearing always clamps the crank, and you dont need a second pair of hands to guide the conrod while you knock the piston out of the ring press...

Install all pistons. to level with top of block (TDC)

Flip over

Bolt in crank....
