If you ever find more please let me know.
This is a hand me down.
I have spent a few years looking for more of the same quality.

those particular saucepans are the stuff of legends.

I do feel that putting cans of baked beans in them is demeaning to the artist.

🤣

BTW, white wine with prime rib - sacrilege (even for a pommy)

that was breakfast wyn. We were preparing the steaks at that point. salt and pepper and bring them up to room temperature.

Actually forgot to take a 'done' pic.

might have been the breakfast wine....

Anyway, I know this is somewhat contrary to SA/Nam wisdom, but the best way to stuff up a steak is to put it on a grill over the fire.

So, you light a fire and put a pan on it and get it masewarm and pan fry it for 3min. per side. That way it's juicy and succulent.

then you let it rest for 10 minutes while you throw a heap of garlic, chilli and rosemary in a pan with a BIG glug of olive oil and a lot of butter. warm it until the butter melts (don't get it hot)

then you slice the steak off the bone and coat it in the butter.

serve with bread to dip into the sauce.

Delicious!

I think Ernie's face says it all!
