This is my morning omelette
3 oeufs, tomato & plenty cheese & 'erbs ...
all done on a shallow cast iron waffle skillet
( must be less than 15mm deep, say 10mm
and lifted with old style v flexible steel flip or spatula
... not modern plastic crap ...)
... so its easy to successfully lift omelettes, fried eggs etc
