Me and Karin are home alone. Long story short. This time of the year is hunting season. Percy or Persian sheep are known for their body fat.
We mix Percy sheep with venison when making droëwors. So I save this Percy neck for the right event.
Being home alone and in for an easy meal I decided to give to Percy neck a go. Drop it into the oven at 5:00 this morning. Now I have this drum Manny calls an oversized Weber. Made some dough for buns and get the drum up to heat. While me and Karin had a few glasses of wine the food sorted it self.
O Ja the normal Stroh and Jägermeister we also enjoyed.
Made a chilies sauce and served with some avo`s the neck went down quite pleasantly.
