We all love cooking outdoors and there is nothing like a good braai!
Rules of the thread : - you must post pics RIGHT NOW from a cell phone of the braai you are braaiing or the drink you are drinking in a beautiful place - home is fine - right now - unless you are in the bos with no internet reception.
show was your toys and brag a little
don't talk ***poo** about another man's braai. Compliments are to be expected!
So I'm just going to put these here to get the thread seeded even though they are a couple of days old...

You've set a precedent - now he'll expect consoling every-time his Disco breaks down - could work out expensive for you...

Piece of chicken breast or chicken breast cut into small pieces wrapped in Netvet. Don’t know the english name for Netvet
I also spice it with garlic pepper and some Worcestershire spice before I wrap them

Ah okay. I wondered if there was chicken binnegoed daarin.... My local butcher does 'Rugby snacks' - Lumps of Rump in Caul fat with spices... . keeps it moist and juicy instead of the usual dried out nastiness... delicious!

I thought the English for 'Net Vet' was 'Andre Opperman'...
