Actually, the main problem is the bread, not the fat and steak.
and as far as that goes, we made focaccia for dipping, and we use stoneground unbleached wheat and leave it to stand for several hours before cooking which is WAY better for you than store bought white bread. Drool.
now I feel hungry again...

I had a pair of twins in my smokerkie the other day...
Pork belly brined for a day in treacle sugar, Salt and a few other spices. Smoked and finished in a record time of 5 hours... created some crackling on an open fire after wards... was beautiful [emoji16]
