Deep cycle setup not lasting

Technical 12 V question. I’m running a Enertec 100ah deep cycle, with a Intervolt EBI pro solenoid and running a 6 gauge wire kit direct from the battery ( connected positive and negative )
Now my question, my snow master 42L fridge pulls the battery down that it disconnects at 11V’s between stops when the car is not running. This Is in a 12 hour cycle and the car runs for about 5 to 6 or so hours. I sometimes fit a voltage booster which keeps the volts up to 14,5v
The fridge was pre cooled and opened about 3 times. The fridge is on low power mode and runs almost constantly. Temp is set at 0 degrees.
Is this correct and should I look at changing something? It seems the fridge is rather consuming a lot more than what it should.
Let me know what you guys think...
