I would say so, I think all the trailers and Caravans I've owned added together wouldn't be that much mileage

You will be amazed how much adjustment those drum brakes take up. Unless you have a newer axle that self adjusts.

All the years I have been towing I believe regular bearing bearing adjustment has a huge impact in their life.
