I recently attended an LROC function on “ OverLanding”
at the 4WDC Base 4 .

Something that may be of interest to you guys may be
a Small and Light ‘off-roaf’ camping “Afri.Trak” Trailer
that provides for RTT (or TTT mounting) and
storage for a 4 Ammo Box slider system and other
basic camping requirements.

It is significantly smaller and lighter than even my
MiniMetalian though has comparable towing specs.

Details available on the internet Eg. at

https://5eaf02ed9ef0d.site123.me/our-products/atezee

I believe the basic model can be customised by the
manufacturer ( Mike Ilsey ) around the basic design .

It may well suit Jimny owners and anyone else that
requires a small model ‘to-order’ camping trailer .

One question: Did you have anything to do with the welding of this fine product?

If not, looks like an awesome little trailer.

Like all trailers the price is a closely gaurded secret....

Jaguar Trailers (the guys who started out copying certain Bushlapa trailers) refuse point blank to divulge the pricing....

Its a great idea, but what many forget, especially for the Jimny owners, where on earth do you put your fridge?

I personally think R70K for a box with 13" wheels is expensive. I'd sooner buy a Venter Voyager and slap a tent on top.

… firstly I can disclose that I had no part in the welding !

However … as your humble narrator I find my 35L SnowMaster quite adequate for my needs … it was given to me in compensation by a repairer who ruined my much favoured and previous 22L model !
I originally fitted my fridge in the Metalian but have found carrying it in the car as far more practical.
If one carries a 60 or 80L fridge etc one needs appropriate battery/s , charging solar panels, smart by-pass DC-DC chargers, money & space etc etc and my guess is Jimny guys etc know this better than I.

Im not sure of the price or what it includes ( furnishings & RTT etc ?) but Im sure it would currently be quite competitive though will try and get a more detailed defined indication.
I can say my basic MiniMetalian came in at R68k in 2017 .
(Only a rear slider, rack and wheelbase widening as optional extra modifications.
