Conqueror kicks Western Cape agent out

As reported on our 4x4 AG Facebook page a few days ago.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Please take note that Conqueror Manufacturers (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “CM”) has, and as a result of irreconcilable differences with Conqueror Trailers Western Cape (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “CTWC”), terminated CTWC’s appointment as a Dealer of all Conqueror products, and with immediate effect.
Members of the public are invited to address any concerns or complaints they may have about CTWC, in writing, directly to CM. Correspondence must please be sent via e-mail to info@conqueror.co.za.
CM wishes to assure all its customers that it intends honoring any and all warranties in respect of products sold by CTWC and assures customers of CM’s continued support in respect of its products. Customers in the Wellington area are encouraged to seek further support in respect of any Conqueror products from our authorized Dealer, Safari, in Cape Town.

So this agent was out in Wellington.
I read on FB of some guy ordering a Commander and getting the run around from them so he bought something else.
Obviously it was a long period of crappy customer service with complaints getting through to H/O.

But I've also heard from the local dealers that dealing with H/O is not easy.

Who knows?

Conqueror probably makes a lot more out of foreign sales than SA sales, so I doubt they care...
