Tyres full of cracks.

I never skimp on trailer tyres. Think I have had more flats on trailers than on 4x4`s. Specially if trailers are heavy laden.
Trailers end up with the bad if towed on gravel and off road. The 4x4 kicks up loose stuff or rolls it in the path of trailer wheels. Not fun to change tyres on a trailer with a load of 3t.

Moremi XLT - tare is 250kg (including the tent) gvm is 750kg. I have specced it with brakes, which keeps it legal behind the Jimny.

I have seen this trailer, its a clever idea, I would also spec rear support legs, as when camping there is no way to level the trailer to sleep in a flat bed without the legs, last thing you want is to sleep on a slope.
