Lesotho planning this December

So I'm planning a trip through Lesotho from the 26st of December. will be spending roughly 6 nights in the mountains... caravan /offroad trailer would be preferred. (i know its got some massively steep passes and a few bad hairpins).
Current plan is to visit
-Afriski
-Sani pass down for the day and back up ( if towing)
-Katze
-semokong and the waterfalls.
- around to Seblabathebe NP.
This is with towing involved. so wont be going up/down Sani with a big offroad caravan, also wont be attempting Matabeng pass with that nasty rock with a trailer, even less with a caravan.
IF i Can persuade my friend to go raw we would go up Sani swing around to Katze- Semokong - bob Philips- matabeng- Seblabathebe and out at Qacha's Neck.
Any recommendation's? First plan will be almost fully tar roads and passes, 2nd will be much more of an adventure.
PS Afri-ski isn't high up on my list of places to see...
