What next?

Seems I have someone interested in my '97 SFA Hilux. I'm not looking to sell but he's pretty adamant that he wants it.

So if it goes, what do I buy? Considering it will only be used for trails, fishing + hunting trips.

My Troopy is too big for trails, so it's either buy something else (read cheap), or forget about the trails.

Be strong...and don't sell.

1. You gonna end up regretting it
2. The money you will get will be nowhere near to buy comparable vehicle.

Good luck nonetheless with your dilemma,

If you just want a trail toy, then consider a Jimny. They are heaps of fun. Not much packing space, so may not work for you for hunting and fishing.
Honestly though, you are going to kick yourself big time if you sell the Toy.

We have no idea of budget, but I'm guessing around R100k.
Not sure you can get a previous generation Jimny for that.
But I agree, to replace the SFA Hilux (assume 2200 or 2.4) the 1300cc SFA Jimny would be his best bet.

I must be going mad for typing this, but you will be a fool for selling that Hilux.

I have decided against it.

I wasn't in the market to sell in any case.

It's not worth much, but replacing it would probably cost more!

But thanks for your input!

Your guess of R100k is spot on!

Quite eery to be honest....

Good call, you'll regret selling your SFA. The buyer can go look on the onterwebs and source one that's actually for sale

There are 2 SFA for sale down main road in Witfield, so he can go find his own.
