Close enough Thys. Well done.

The combined tyre & wheel size is the wrong diameter. So in the event of a puncture, 3 wheels will have 29 inch tyres & the spare will be 27 inch. That’s a significant problem.

More correctly 27,93" for the spare vs 28,88" for the others. This is a difference of 3,4% in dia, which open diffs, even with LSD should handle without drama. As long as the Centre diff remains in the "open" setting, that is. Wind-up is an issue with locked diffs or a bakkie type transfer case

they always were IFS but part of their reputation for surprising ability is that the arms were comparatively long, which allows for more travel with the CV joints.
