It’s a smaller D3/4

Nothing more, nothing less

The only good thing about the vehicle at first glance is the spare wheel on the rear door

Andrew St Pierre White recons this is a red herring to stimulate chatter and that it is a D4 with bits taped on it to mask the D4 shape.

ASPW is honest in giving his opinion, just like you just did.

I am actually watching some of his stuff now. I like the Build videos. Most recently a Cruiser 76.

And then last night I had a big laugh at two of his stories. They were about trips where people turn out to be horrible

A few photos surfaced with the camouflage off.

Hmmm. Doesn’t look to bad I have to admit.

Hopefully won’t be to expensive.

I said never again would I have a Landy in my yard after the RR and the D3, but this Defender might change my outlook

Mike it is a RR and Disco knock off. You won`t want it in your yard.

It will cost more than an FJ & offer less, unless you tick the long options list - then it will be expensive.

I agree with Grips. It looks like just another RR or Disco.

The Defender used to be distinctive when compared to the rest of their range. The same can be said for the Cruiser, FJ, G-Wagon, Jimny, Wrangler, etc. They are all stand-alone models.

But there’s just no obvious DNA between the old & the new Defender.

I looks like it stood on the head of a Disco Sport in order to climb out of the abortion bucket.
