I'll pretty much copy and paste what I have put somewhere else with a few additions:
What is different from P series 4x4 LT:
Switchable 2 Hi 4H 4L instead of the TOD 4x4 system
31.5" tyres (265/65/R18)
New style rims
4.2T Winch with Plasma rope
300W accessory plug in the engine bay
Steel front bumper
Steel Rear Bumper
Rock sliders
Full steel under protection
Snorkel
Front, Rear Diff-Lock
Off-Road Cruise-Control
Off-Road Trail Turn-Assist
Off-Road Thermal Management Mode
Switchable 2Hi 4H 4L
This transfer case is unique to the Limited. A BorgWarner case with old school 2H 4H switchable on the fly and 4L. No longer the TOD BW.
Pretty self explanatory really. Has mud/snow/sand modes which I have yet to try. 8SP ZF gearbox still there.
31.5" tyres (265/65/R18)
Comes with COOPER Discoverer AT3 4S all round, full sized spare on a steel rim.
I personally swapped mine out with my MAXXIS RAZR 811 as I put a lot of investigation into them and they are very new still.
4.2T Winch with Plasma rope
It comes with a T-Max EW9500 with 30m of Dyneema rope. Controller plug and hook point sit behind 2 plastic covers that need to be popped out to access, below outlined in red.
The remote plug in point I would look at moving somewhere further up sometime or get an extension.
I spooled it all out and it was very loose so I spooled it all back under tension this time.
300W accessory plug in the engine bay
Has a plug just by the battery and a switch to enable it in the cab by the interior lights.
Steel front bumper
Mounted from the chassis by a seemly bolt on extension. Looks quite beefy.
2x recovery points just below bumper on chassis.
Steel rear bumper
Also chassis mounted but not as beefy as front. Has a plastic bit on the bottom corner which is odd. Will have to either remove that or cut it. It will catch with my dodgy driving.
Has 2x recovery points
Steel Rock sliders
I would honestly call these strong nerf bars. They will take hits and are much better than a plastic side step, but they are not attached to the chassis and have a mounting bracket that will catch on stuff. I will test sometime with a hi lift jack to see if they can hold the cars weight.
Full steel under protection
From the front bash plate all the way to the back of the transfer case is steel protection. Even the fuel tank now has a steel cover.
Happily there some protection on the shock in the rear. Not sure if this is common but my H9 was exposed and took hits.
Front and rear diff-locks
Rear can be activated while moving, front it seems I have to stop.
I cant see what make they are.
Off-Road Cruise-Control
Not sure if this is new, but it is a nice touch. Lowest speed seems to be 4kmh up or down a hill.
If the hill is very steep like Gerts se Klip, it does rev a bit and go a bit faster when the angle increases.
Off-Road Trail Turn-Assist
This locks the wheel on the rear side that you are turning to have a sharper turning circle. The wheelbase being 3240mm is quite large so I am sure it will help. Takes off about 3m off the turning circle.
Apparently the LC200 has a similar thing.
Off-Road Thermal Management Mode
This turns the fans and pumps to a more aggressive but more noisy level for hot days in the 4x4 tracks. Not much else about it in the manual. Is a manual option to turn on in the menu.
Lowest points are rear diff and the protective plating, 245mm.
Suspension seems hard-ish. I like. The Thailand version has Nitro gas shocks but I cannot identify these ones. For the bumper and winch, they must have changed up the suspension.
Fuel by all means has to be more than the standard models but I am getting 9-12l/100km so far. Have opened a fuelly account for pump to pump measurement. Same 2L Diesel motor.
