American Trucks (bakkies)

I like American trucks & find them rather interesting. After all, in addition to the 4x4, the Yanks basically invented the concept as we know it & most of their innovations make their way over to Japan & even Europe.
The sales numbers that these trucks sell at are quite astonishing.

I agree....... "full size" trucks have so much more "presence" than the medium sized versions we see around here these days.

This is one of my absolute favorites. The interiors, features, engines & performance are all rather special.

Thys this is worth a watch. It even parks itself. Some have air suspension that you can lower off a button on the key. Then some of the Hemi’s alternators are being replaced with batteries to make a mild hybrid with boost. A bakkie that big will do 100kph in less than 7 secs. Plus a bunch of other stuff.

Is that the 6.7 or 6.9 Cummins? I think it’s over 200kw & tows over 6 tons?
