You left out a Jeep (CJ6??), another Defender, the 1st VW bus, and 2 Forward Controls.
Clearly I've been doing any thinking with the wrong head.

I even looked for a Fortuner, but models 5 years older were still R100k more than the GC.
The Jeep will probably cost me more in the long run, but I'm not known for wise vehicle choices.
