Well done to all 3 of you!
You have played on many a road, done many a pass, got stuck many a time.

Well done guys. That's a lifetimes worth of plenty travelling with experiences and sights that not many people get to see and enjoy.
I crossed over at Stockpoort border post (fast and most relaxed)
today but that surely does not count because it's work related...

Manny, 2023 was a year of new ventures, I entered the REBEL 4x4 challenge series, using my Jimny, driving against old hands, considering that 2022 ended on no 101.
102. The Wilds outside Heidelberg, with the club,
103. EPR outside Randfontein, (x2)
104. Rebel 4x4 grounds in Muldersdrift, (X2)
105. Rust de Winter 4x4 track, (X1)
106. Steinbeck 4x4 Rusternburg, (X1)
107. Zuurplaats 4x4, Rusternburg, (X2)
108. Sondela 4x4, (X1)
109. Stofkaas 4x4, Brits (X1)
110. Drie Eenheid farm, outside Pienaars rivier, with Offcourse 4x4.

At the writing of this, I Will be heading off to the Cape, this time in the Prado. who knows I will hopefully drive the Atlantis dunes.
At the closing of 2023, I am still lying 2nd on the 4x4 Challenge Series, leader board, I will not be able to compete in the grand finale, but I enjoyed this new challenge.

Correct Redman, think I'm the only person to do the 50 and 101 in the same vehicle.....

If it's any consolation, I have done all my trips with a Toyota Image
Manny at some point I need to come sit with you and sort my list out.

… Rechardt, I was a geo
… at times I had 3 company 4*4s;
used to drive underground ,
through the desert & bush , over mtns ,
through rivers , over dunes etc, etc
to prospects , piss-ups, etc you name it;
Manny concocted the rules to exclude real off-road stuff …
… even when I traversed desert terrain
to dine with the Bedoin in hide tents.
… he says ‘aikona ‘
‘on the job ‘ & ‘not your own car ‘ … etc etc

… then he posts his own picnic-spot driveways & haunts …
