I accepted a new user registration earlier this morning. I was not totally impressed with the registration - the name and mail address were fishy. But the IP addresses checked out and similar. Shortly after activating the account, the board was spammed with a gazillion posts all over the place. I have subsequently hit the "smite" button for the account and cleaned up all the spam posts. Apologies about that. These things do happen occasionally.

Good save Ian.
When I process a new applicant I look for reasons to NOT accept them.
These include:
1. Dodgy or incomplete name and surname.
Guy puts sirhan as a name, hes out.
Or Jaco Jacobus.
2. Incomplete address
Guy who puts Canada, or South Africa or Trian.
It must be an address I recognize and must include a city or town.
3. A Shady e-mail address.
Like a guy who's name is sirhan sirhan and his e-mail address is sirhan.sirhan@gmail.com.
Address Silesia...
