Read issue 3 whist in the bush first week of Jan, really like this mag and their articles are never too long - 2 to 3 pages on a main article. So for people like me with ADHD - I can focus the whole way through .
It’s just a bugger trying to get hold of a hard copy, like hens teeth.

I find Spar is best.
You don't get them at P'nP...

Sounds like a nice read Manny but I'm still unable to find a copy of the magazine.

Is anyone else, other than the East Randers (many of whom can't read anyway) having issues getting a hard copy?

Maybe Adventure Koos can reply regarding the distribution of the mag.

But I know they prefer it if you take an online subscription via Zinnio...

I've tried both the Spar shops and one Checkers in Edenvale and none of them carry the magazines. I've got one more Checkers to try.

Anyone else having difficulty obtaining the mag?

All the Spars near me have it, but not the other stores...

As I've mentioned before, there doesn't seem to be one outlet for the magazine in the Edenvale area. I've been to all of the Spar and Checkers shops in the area without having any luck.

You are aware that there are other people who haven't replied that I could be referring to?
The anyone ELSE was the clue... :D

But let me make it more clear...

If there anyone else, in South Africa, other than Paul of Edenvale  , who has had difficulty purchasing a printed copy of Adventure Afrika/Avontuur Afrika magazine?

I saw three copies of the Mag in my local Blairgowrie Spar, a few days ago ...

I did not buy one as:

1. The foregoing Review failed to mention its all in an alien tongue !
2. There is a Prado on the cover !
3. I was not keen that you all know that I would stoop so low as to shop in SPAR...

P.S. ... instead of Mag Spotting, I'm probly going to revert to BirdWatching & Twitching ...
... Famous Fiver VoorLoper ...
... Veni Vidi Vici ...

Checked at the Checkers Hyper (old Hyperama) today. Still nothing to be found of Adventure Africa on the shelves.
