Forum Ranks Explained

There are currently 8 'Ranks' displayed under a Forum members name.
Unfortunately these cannot be seen if you use Tappatalk.
The Ranks are:
8. Blank - No Rank
7. Club Member - Member of the 4x4 Action Group
6. Life Member - A Life Member of the 4x4 Action Group
5. Committee Member - Member of the Committee of the 4x4 Action Group
4. UBM: Ultimate Bush Master
3. UTM: Cinquenta Conquistador
2. UTM: Dos Sete Diablos
1. UTM: Extremos
Some members hold more than one rank. Flipside, for example is a Life Member, a UBM & a UTM.
More ranks may be added in future.
These Ranks, together with post count, help you know a little about the person who's posts you are reading.
For explanations of what UBM & UTM are about, read these two Threads:

UTM: http://www.4x4ag.co.za/forum/viewforum.php?f=22

Where are we supposed to see these ranks? I don't see them anywhere. I'm using a browser.

I would love to see some sort of 4x4 Rating behind a forum members name.
This will make it so much easier to know what the level of experience a forum member are before replying on his comments.
If you view this Forum using TapitTalk or using Chrome, my signature appears like this...
But, if you view it on a PC or Laptop, or on your hand held devise using Desktop View, my signature appears thusly:
In this Desk Top View, you can see:
1. I am a Club Member
2. I am a Committee Member
3. I am a UTM (Ultimate Trail Master)
4. I have thanked 515 times
5. I have been Thanked 1038 times
6. I have 6654 Posts
7. I joined in March 2018
So that gives you an idea of who the person you are replying to is.
In the next post I'll show another example...

Here I'll use Johannes as an example:
We can see that Johannes;
1. Is a Life Member
2. Has Thanked others 349 times.
3. Has been Thanked 34 times.
4. Has 811 Posts
5. Joined in April 2018.
Thus Forum started in 2018, you can tell the following about Johannes.
"He is a founder member, doesn't post a lot, but thanks others for their posts & has a fair Thanks to Posts ratio"
Remember that the 'Thank' function was added years after the Forum was launched.
So older members will have a slightly lower Posts/Thanked ratios.
But you can see that Johannes posts are probably solid.
The trick is to use 'Desktop View' if you want to see the person's profile.
Hope this helps.
