suggestions?

So, I happen to have, laying around a 1958 Mopar 354 (5,8l) Spitfire engine with 3 speed torque flight box on a full Windsor Chassis

It's the 'cheap' version of the Hemi - they basically changed the heads to a cheaper to manufacture version which cost 30hp or so over a Hemi.

but, it's a pretty motor and quite classic.

these are images off the web to show that they clean up okay:

It does turn over so it's rebuildable. I was thinking of a rat rod, but it's not something I'd drive... maybe stick it in a Jeep? nice period mod?

or sell it to someone who will do something really fun with it?

You could make a pretty cool advert/shop truck with this kit which only costs R54k.

Whatever you do, please make sure there is an engine cover on it when it is complete. Else Neil may have a hernia.

Only old school engines don’t have an engine cover. Like the Amarok

Good idea. But then the engine should be totally exposed like in the red car photo that Alex posted.
