Indeflate - brilliant product...
As many of yopu know - I think the Indeflate is a great product.
Many people have never used it don't like it.
It is a simple, well made, high quality, robust, easy to use product that makes deflating & inflating quicker & easier.
It is the ONLY way you can inflate a tyre without the use of a pump.
What I like about it is that you don't have to crouch next to each wheel for a few minutes, you can stand upright & inflate/deflate.
Today I went to buy an Indeflate as a gift & to meet the Owner, Johan & his son, Rickus. - great guys.
The Indeflate retails for R1490.00 - they are in Radio St, Alberton North...
They also sell other great products - a compressor pipe & a pipe to connect to the spare (I have one) so you can check the spare & inflate/deflate it without removing it (great for vehicles where the spare is stored under the vehicle, rather than on the back door.)...

I’ve used it. Good product.
Would I buy one for myself? Nope
Takes up a lot of space.
I would however like to test something Manny.
When we are in the Richtersveld.
Manual vs Indeflate.
Just a test for curiosity sake

The Indeflate is MUCH faster than the ARB type deflator where you crouch on the ground like a philistine & unscrew the valve.
Much much faster...
Is it the fastest in total work cycle time, from getting out the vehicle, getting the deflater, deflating & packing it away again?
It's faster than the valve removal option, but there are other deflaters that are faster than the Indeflate in toto.
Is it the most easy & comfortable to use? - No question.
Can any of the others inflate too? - not one...
Is connecting the compressor to each tyre (4 tyres) quicker than connecting the Indeflate to the tyres? - it's probably the same (total work cycle) but again, the Indeflate is easier & it's very easy to check the pressures as you pump.
I barely use the other deflaters anymore.
But it is not just about speed, the Indeflate beats others on:
* Accuracy
* Easy of use
* Comfort
* Range of uses/features (Inflates, Deflates, Balances, Incorporates Gauge, Can inflate without a pump).
As I say - I'm a huge fan of the product...

You can “steal” air from your spare it other tyres using the balance of pressure principle. Can’t see this being done too often but in an emergency it is just another feature that could be helpful.

Again I don’t think speed is the issue because so often you stand around waiting for others to decide what pressures to go to or trying to find their air hose or welding up something that wasn’t fixed before they left or checking their social media. For me it is just a convenient piece of kit to use. Just like it is a nice to have if your compressor is vehicle mounted ready for action.
If inflating/deflating is not a huge hassle you would be more inclined to change pressures and in so doing travel even short distances with the correct tyre pressures which is safer and could save you a tyre in the long run.
