A Bit of Disclosure

Debugging some issues on the forum recently, I realise that I have been deathly quiet here. But anyways. Some disclosure in terms of it all.
This year has kicked off in a stupid insane fashion. It started wtih a weedeater that packed up. And then two fridges. Later on, our boundary wall fell over. At the height, and considering it is only a single row of bricks, insurance did not pay out, so I fixed. And then the television etc. I will not speak about work. Work seems to go more insane every single year. :/
At the same point in time, my daughter now stays with me in Pretoria and has been attending HS Die Wilgers since the beginning of the year. Despite having a very troubling school history, she has gone from being in the 0.1% average spectrum on her reports to passing all subjects last term with one distinction and an average of 67%.
So I've been busy and I've been focussing on personal things.
This year - despite all the set-backs - is going to be good. The lady friend and I knocked off a whirlwind trip to Zambia in March for her birthday, but we cheated - we flew in. I'll, however, post some pics at some point.
And I also acquired a Suzuki Jimny (fantastic little truck) for the school run each day and also so that my daughter has something better to learn to drive with. Pic follows.
Anyways, apologies for my silence. Regular programming (where I annoy everyone) will resume forthwith.
