The Greatness that is Toyota.
Sales are up.
Supply line issues are over.
Great new vehicles, like the 2024 Cruiser, the new Prado 250, the rumoured new small bakkie (Stout), the new Crown.
Over 60% of all Hybrids sold, worldwide, are Toyotas.
Toyota will, for the first time ever, produce more than 10million vehicles this year.
They did all this while, largely, ignoring EV's...
Let us all bow our heads & praise true greatness...

But they can't supply replacement headlights for a RAV4 or a door card for a Land Cruiser for my clients, without a delay of several weeks.
Not mention Suzuki who cant supply a rear seatbelt (it took months for them to deliver the wrong one). I'm told that there is not a single front bumper for a Chev Utility in South Africa (a new one is now on a ship from Brazil), not to mention Mercedes, who may or may not have stock of many different parts, and windscreens, but can't find them.

I'm not sure I follow your argument? So it ISN'T just Toyota? Or are you saying Toyota is causing all brands to have a problem?Erin wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 8:34 amBut they can't supply replacement headlights for a RAV4 or a door card for a Land Cruiser for my clients, without a delay of several weeks.
