last time i passed by the place whole of naukluf was proclaimed world heritage site and that should carry some legal weight.
wrong doers are obviously known and should be charged.
if intepol doesn't do anything, african union should at least put them on wanted list and next time they set a foot on continent at least to
see and feel other side of africa.

and those who will chop it down for firewood-encouraging/persuading vandalism charge

this is my opinion.

The AU is so incompetent that they keep on crying to the EU to fix Africa's problems. Where is the AU in Sudan, Chad, Somalia, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, Niger, Chad/Nigeria etc etc. 60% of deaths attributed to violent extremist groups in 2022 occurred in sub-Saharan Africa. No effective AU intervention in sight. But let's not go there.

you two are probably right . "world heritage site"means nothing to whoever should take care of it.

if a law can not or does not do anything ,rest of us can just type complaints about it and
that other fnut will probably go there and cut it for fire wood.

You must be smoking the good stuff, if you think the AU has any clout in matters concerning individual countries legislation…

The damage was done inside a Namibian National Park.
So the National Park would be the first respondents.

If the perpetrators have left the park, the would then escalate to either the Department in charge of the Environment or the Department of Tourism.
If it fell outside their jurisdiction, they would escalate to the Namibian police.

I doubt the AU, Interpol, CIA, UN, NATO or British MI5 & their top secret agent, James Bond Niks Niks Seven would get involved.
The Vatican may be interested, but only if the perps were boys under age 12.

But it is a crime committed in Namibia & responsibility would be restricted to Namibia,
It wouldn't go further.

Those are social media pics.
Surely if there is a will then there is way of finding the perpetrators and prosecuting them?
If it happened inside a park, are the Parks authority aware? Are they following up?

I have been told that, on Zuckerfuckers Fakeboek (the home of Cultural Sodomy), there has been an update to this story....

The vehicles causing the damage had Kuwaiti registration plates.

I blame Operation Desert Storm; if they had left Saddam in charge of Kuwait these twats would be hanging from their thumbs in Uday"s torture chamber rather than holidaying in Africa...
