Another Great Service Thread...

Erin (Club & Forum Member) is my broker.
His service has always been good.
Recently he came through again.
I had all my Aluminium garden chairs stolen recently.
Major security upgrades have now been made - based on watching the MO of the intruder on my neighbour's cameras.
Anyhoo, I called Erin & told him.
He said 'Get me a quote & a case number'.
My PA got 3 quotes (I bought the full set, table & 10 chairs for R12k 17 years ago).
The quotes were all for between R17k to R30k!
I popped into SAPS (who, I might add, were not too shabby either) took 20 mins of labourious writing to report it.
A few hours later they SMS's the case # AND called to give it to me & tell me who the investigating officer is.
(The investigating officer called the next day to introduce himself & say 'Sorry for your loss'.)...
I told my PA to send the quotes & Case # to Erin.
24 hours later the money was in my account.
On other Forums they tend to moan & be negative.
Sometimes we need to recognise the positive.
Well Erin, the SAPS & SANTAM were all great.
PS: I get nothing from Erin (schmuck hasn't even bought me a lunch) so this Thread is totally unsolicited & unsponsored...
