All good and well - but the exposure was limited to those on his platform.
Exactly my point.
Bernie has 1700 FB friends/followers.

But the 3 Forums I mentioned, plus a few major FB pages & the 4 or 5 major clubs would have given him a reach of a hundred times that.
Approaching Magazines like Adventure Africa, Drive Out etc & asking them to flight the release, would add another hundred thousand if not more.

Now you have reached, potentially, nearly 300 000 people. Far better than 1700...

Sounds like the crooks I mean miners arranging the Interested and Affected Parties meetings for mining and prospecting rights:

- advertise 60kms from the affected farms
- hold a meeting 60kms in the other direction
- then send this through to the Department of Mineral Resources as "proof of public participation".

Manny/Ian if you get a copy of OGATO's constitution (not that mission and vision crapola every has these days), please send it to me.

OK, the bottom line is that UNLESS YOU ARE A TOUR GUIDE, OGATO will have no affect on your life whatsoever.
They have absolutely ZERO jurisdiction over Off Road Users & Trail/Lodge Owners.

In fact, if they get their act together, then it will actually be of benefit to us, in that, if you ever want to book a guided tour - you can feel a little more secure if the Tour Operator is an OGATO member.

They have a lot of work to do, but we wish them well.

I have my reservations, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Manoel, why the revival?

Something afoot we should know about?

Or is Taun involved somewhere?
