OUTSTANDING Service & Product Back-Up!

Like all of you, I've had my fair share of crappy back up & service (I'm referring to 4x4/Overland/Outdoors/Overlanding suppliers).
Most recently when Front Runner displayed their Legend - ary disinterest in backing a product once it left the shop (Bugger's Chair).
However, over the years I have had/or heard of great service & product support:
1. Caterpillar Workwear:
I had a pair of Cats, 11 years old, the one heel came off. I wanted to stick it back. No one could tell me what glue to use.
I called Caterpillar & asked them. They asked all sorts of questions about where & when I bought them & if I had a receipt
I said "Look, these shoes are 11 years old, I can't recall when or where I bought them, this is not a complaint, I just want to know what glue to use".
She asked if I still had the box, I said "Yes, but these shoes are 11 years old, I can't recall when or where I bought them, this is not a complaint, I just want to know what glue to use".
She asked for my address & said they'll look at the shoes. I relented & said 'Fine".
They fetched the shoes & a few days later dropped off a brand new pair, exactly the same model etc.
2. Awesome Tools:
I know of guys who broke the blade of a Leatherman & Awesome tools replaced it - no questions asked.
I recently had similarly awesome service...
