No issue with Toyota. My brother in laws have Foruners, my father in law has a 200VX. Some if my friends drive Fortuners. I don't judge. I would love an old Cruiser double cab or Fortuner. Just can't afford one that isn't stolen.

I hear and get you. Just my observation that your budget is R180k+, you can find a decent old fortuner for that price...

Still love a 76 double cab. More so in 4.5 V8 configuration.

No, like this one for example from a reputable dealership...

I have the same engine in my Prado 120 with 200k km on the clock now, without any major issues.
