I have done the Lekgalametse reseve (Ori pass) last year on my way to the River and will be doing Wolkberg section first weekend of June this year.

4 day trip as getting there and back is a day each and the two routes is also a day each. Could probably do it in 3 but would defeat the purpose in my honest opinion. Work on about a 1000km for the trip if departing from Gauteng.

... you guys are not going to believe this
but Im already booked and committed
to do this trip ... again ... via the LROC ...
late June, early August… but maybe Ill still do
It 3rd time!

Many years ago I must confess that , on an LROC river trip my 130 clandestinely wafted pass the 4*4AG,
in the Malototsi or somewhere, while you were all noisily trying to find your bearings , light a fire ... or something.

On a similar topic , Ive recently opted not to do a month
long Orange River to Caprivi, Namibia traverse in Sept !
... Famous Fiver VoorLoper ...
... Veni Vidi Vici ...
