So may I suggest a little challenge?

You’re in Cape town right?

Are you available last weekend of November?

I’m flying down to Cape town, we go to a little offroad track, you back Guerlain Chickerit, I’ll bring Johan and Petter, hell you want to make this a group thing, ok I’ll back Mattias and Andreas and to make things fair you can have the Hansen brothers and Seb Loeb! (Peugeot is like a Renault without the vulva badge, isn’t it?)

What you say? We have a little challenge?

If I lose I will personally donate my engine cover! I will hand it to you in person....

I came back home with my engine coverImage

Do you know how stupid it looks when you enter domestic departures with an engine cover?

Twice!?!

Nice Quack. That man did extremely well & I think he’s still a youngster

Edit: he’s actually 29!

On Friday night his car was still on a ship that did not enter the harbour at that time, due to high winds!

How he made it onto the track by Saturday morning I still don’t know!

I have huge respect for him, not only as a driver! I met him for the first time in Hamburg a few weeks ago. I was travelling with the FIA delegates and we got invited to the VW hospitality area, sceptical South African I lifted an eyebrow, only inside did I realise all the teams were having a fat Jol! And the perceived perversity I initially suspected was unfounded!

The next day he set time aside to demonstrate how the new neck braces work.

Even the great VW budget has it’s limitationsImage

Last year their budget allowed for this! I suppose dieselgate hit them hard!🤦‍♂️

Well here’s photos of the Peugeot’s after arrival at the airport. The French must have a higher budget.
