You could always break the attendees up into smaller groups that can then move between a few different people giving talks on their speciality / subject. The people who have an interest in trails and competitions don't have to be told about overlanding for example.

Hi all.
This event will be on Saturday 28 March.

I'm just struggling sorting the venue out.

With this economic boom, venue owners don't bother replying to you.
Having similar issues getting the owners of Korannaberg to reply.
