The lower the sulphur the better!

Sulphur pollutes the oil, so if you're running 500ppm you should definitely change oil every 5000kms.

10ppm is cheapest in my area, so I definitely use it. I personally also find I get better fuel consumption than when running BP 50ppm.
The only times I go past 8km/l on the 76 v8 is when using 50ppm.
Probably with a gale force wind at the back and going down a hill...

The only times I go past 8km/l on the 3.2 DiD is when I am not towing a fully loaded camping trailer.
