Fire extinguisher servicing

#1

Post by Wooky »

I have two small extinguishers that are in need of a service.
Can anyone recommend a company in the Randburg / Northriding / Honeydew area?

Thanks

Thanks.... done that already.

Most places seem to be more JHB central but have service units that roam around.
Doubt it makes sense to call a service unit out for two small 1kg extinguishers.

Was hoping to find a company in the north of JHB I could drop past and hand them in.

I use CO2 fire extinguishers to carbonate and pour my home brew. Last week I tried sourcing a company to fill CO2 cylinders and after numerous phone calls could only get it done in boksburg.

Luckily mine are just the dry powder type.
I can imagine that CO2 must be difficult to get sorted.

Funny you should mention that.
Was just checking the ones here at work.

I see they are due next month for their service. Might just wait and get mine done when the van is here :D
