If the input voltage spec says 0-30V then you should be fine. Wattage (P) is calculated as P=V2/R. R (resistance) should be fairly constant for the light, thus the higher the voltage the higher the Wattage. Wattage=brightness

The lights should be fine. They will be brighter.
