It is a milemarker 9000 pound ,the clutch is slipping under load .

I can forward you a mid-frame service manual - Warne - but they are all pretty much very similar... It's not particularly difficult to service.

Strijdom Park who has a name for winch installations etc
and suspect he could refer you on to repair folk.
I last had a winch repair done at Motolek in Randburg
but suspect theyre no longer the auto-elecs they once were.
