If you are in CT then the best place to go is the guys @ Powerflow in Bellville, they really do top notch stuff!

Make sure you get a full turbo back system.
Ask for 76mm stainless

Benefits = quicker turbo spool up/reduced turbo lag, lower fuel consumption (as your CATS will now be out) and the turbo will last longer with lower EGTs.

I fitted a 76mm De Graaf Stainless Steel Zorst to Fearless.
Ge'Off (Wave) was a great help.

However, a Diesel doesn't really need a Stainless Zorst as it is self oiling...

PS:
Go 76mm De Graaf & then have it mapped...

... looking back ... the folk that took out my middle expansion box, removed the whole (long) exhaust line and (unbeknown to me at the time) most probly ( carelessly) stretched/damaged my main undercarriage electrical harness.

I subsequently had ongoing electrical problems symptomised by non-starting, relay failures, engine cutting etc.
Eventually laborious arterial work on the harness, by a competent sparky, revealed broken electrical line breakages etc that were compromising the feed of current to the hot-plugs etc.

My conclusion : I should have monitored more closely the exhaust-work process and delegated the work to (real) specialists who knew what they were doing.

Chas, there are no electrical points/wiring harnesses that can get carelessly damaged on modern well built vehicles.
In fact, we fitted the De Graaf to Fearless ourselves, a simply easy job.
But then Fearless is not a Land Rover where the logic of the layout resembles the logical layout of a plate of spaghetti, dropped on the restaurant floor...
...then the waiter steps in the mess....
...& slips, landing on it...
...shortly before an earthquake hits the seafront restaurant...
...causing a fire, which is dosed shortly after starting...
...by a Tsunami...

If a guy fitting an exhaust snarls your wiring harness, you either have the world's dumbest exhaust installer or the world's worst deigned vehicle...

Mike, honest question: why do you want to change the exhaust system?

Let us then assume I am asking on behalf of us mere mortals...

@Mike, I am genuinely interested in why you want to switch to stainless steel?

@Ricoffy

I want to go stainless because like Jakes said, we do live in CPT. And I have previously driven those horrible salt roads in Walvisbay in the rain.
And we are going to keep this car for ever and a day.

So I want to start doing some long term maintenance on it before I need to do it all at once.
