Lack of updates on Nissan Pathfinder Navigation
So with the ever developing New/Reformed/changing landscape of South Africa, it is becoming a hassle to find certain places and roads on my Navigation system. Since the vehicle was made in 2011 there has not been a update on the Navigation System for South Africa but well for rest of the world.
My dealer will let me know now for the past year.......... so today i mailed Nissan South Africa. Lets see what happens and if they are open/able to move in to the new South Africa, as a brand operating in SA i feel they are obliged to bring out updated software for the Navigation, the User then has the option to buy or not.

Not familiar with the Waze App
Data usage?
Will it work in places where you don’t have coverage?

It didn't work all over when we were on the mountain passes trip earlier this year.

It’s owned by Google and is the best navigation APP that I have used to combat traffic. As a user you can post your traffic conditions and it updates in the cloud providing near instantaneous updates. It then routes you around the crap etc.Mike Nel wrote:Kurt

I have a 50Gb package, not sure of the data usage but I don’t think it is too bad.
